Jessica Villegas is not your typical coach with a certification and a planner. She moved 27 times before finishing high school, put herself through college while working multiple jobs, and climbed from entry level to Director of Logistics and Procurement — managing multi-million dollar operations, building high-performing teams, and developing young talent across industries.
She founded HiLite Coaching + Consulting in 2020 after watching brilliant young professionals walk into interviews underselling themselves because no one had taught them how to show up. Today HiLite has impacted over 3,500 youth and families with a team of 11+ coaches across multiple states. Her ETA framework — Empower. Transform. Achieve. — is the foundation of every program.
Jessica has taken that message to stages across the country — delivering keynotes at youth and young professional conferences and recently speaking at the University of Central Florida's Commencement Ceremony, where she addressed thousands of graduating students and their families. She brings the same unfiltered, results-driven energy to every room she enters, whether it holds 10 people or 10,000.
