We are inviting all middle and high school girls to join us for a 10-week EmpowHerment Program with the amazing Coach Jeni Roop! A transformative 10-week program designed specifically for middle + high school girls.

Why is this important? Because every girl deserves to feel confident, capable and connected!

In partnership with your certified youth life coach and your group, get ready to learn WHO you are, WHERE it is you want to go and HOW you can get there, complete with a plan to make it all happen, through goal-setting and new habit formation along with emotional management techniques and topics relating only to teen girl experiences.

Set healthy boundaries while maintaining strong relationships

Navigate social pressures with grace and authenticity

Transform self-doubt into self-compassion

Master practical tools for managing stress and emotions

Create habits that support her wellbeing and success

Our program will guide your teen girl to learn critical thinking skills, establish productive + healthy habits + teach them how to manage their time, relationships and self-image so they can bring their best to school, at home and beyond. This group is also a great place to meet other girls who have similar desires!
