The WORK is Hi-Lite's proprietary coaching and development framework designed to help schools and youth serving institutions work with students to deepen their self-awareness, sharpen their leadership skills, and become more actively engaged in their day-to-day experiences as teens, young adults and students.

This program focuses on the inner foundation of great mentorship - clarity, emotional regulation, communication, and personal responsibility—so you can help guide youth on how to show up powerfully.

The WORK isn’t about scripts or surface-level tactics. It’s about becoming the kind of organization who offers the mentorship that changes the game when it comes to results-based outcomes.

The Hi-Lite Coaches Community is where our coaches train, come together to stay aligned, feel supported, and remain equipped. As a Hi-Lite Coach inside this community, you’ll find updates, shared resources, ongoing conversations, and direct connection with the Hi-Lite leadership team and fellow coaches.

This space is designed to support you in your role - so you’re never coaching in isolation and always growing alongside a community that shares the same values, vision, and mission.

Coaching can feel isolating if you’re doing it alone. The Hi-Lite Coaches Community exists so you don’t have to.

This is the central space where coaches stay connected to the Hi-Lite mission, aligned on expectations, and supported through real conversations—not just announcements.
